We Will NOT tollerate any racial or sexual abuse on this server you will be banned for any outbust like this. |
| 2. |
We do not allow "open mics". You MUST use a push to talk key at all times. |
| 3. |
Do not set up Teamspeak to say "cool" or "funky" things when you log in or change channels or whatever. You will be kicked from the server if you do. |
| 4. |
Do not change channels repeatedly - this is very distracting for others who have their "announcements" turned on. |
| 5. |
You must be on Teamspeak and in the proper game channel if you are using one of the clan game servers. |
| .6. |
Do not park yourself in the channel if you are going to be away for more than a few minutes. It is not acceptable to put yourself there with a comment that you are "away fishing" or whatever. You will be kicked from the server if you do this. |
| 7. |
If you do simply want to chat with friends in Teamspeak, then go to the "Chat" channel. That is what it is for. |
| 8. |
You are expected to be in the channel assigned to the game you are playing. When there are just a few players, they can all be in the same game channel. However, as the number of players (and the amount of talk) increases, then you will be expected to move to the channel for the Game you are playing. There is no set number of players when this is to happen - it depends a lot on how much talk is going on. |
| 9. |
Listen to the Teamspeak Admin. If you are told that it is time to move to a different channel, then do so immediately. You are not allowed to wait until your next death, or when it is more convenient. You are also NOT to ask the admin to move you - do it yourself. |
| 10. |
When a Teamspeak Admin decides that someone is engaging in "excessive chatter", they will ask to keep the chatter down. If the chatter continues, then that person will be kicked from Teamspeak. You can of course come right back, but consider the kick as a warning that you have been getting a little carried away. What is "excessive chatter"? Unfortunately there is no true definition. As well, what might not be considered as excessive chatter when there are few players on COULD BE when there are lots. Some examples of "excessive chatter" are:
- asking questions that can't really be answered by anyone on Teamspeak (Why did he do that?)
- commenting on the playing skills of other players (not other clan members) repeatedly
- talking about things that are unrelated to the game
- loud outbursts of anger, laughter, and so on
- swearing
